Crafted for us with a base of lightly bubbly wine that’s been spruced up with natural orange and aromatic herbal flavors, every sip of this Spritz is fruity and slightly sweet, with a beautifully bitter and bracing edge. Bright and refreshing, with just enough herbaceous astringency to slyly stimulate the senses, our Aperito Spritz makes a capable companion to pool-side lounging, afternoons outside, or any other summery scenario you can imagine. Best served well chilled (and accessorized with a wedge of orange, if you’d like), we find it pairs particularly well with charcuterie and tart, creamy chevres, like our very own Goat Cheese."
