This delicate, buttery oil is naturally high in monounsaturated fats (10 grams per serving), and with a roughly 500oF smoke point, it makes an excellent cooking oil. (For reference, olive oil has a smoke point closer to 350oF). Its clean, delicate flavor is a great match for all kinds of applications, from sautéing to baking to searing to garnishing.
