Inspired by our very own Cornbread Mix, each piece of Biscotti is baked to a bright golden brown and contains kernels of sweet corn to give it that rustic, homemade feel. We originally designed our Cornbread Biscotti with savory applications in mind: as a garnish for soups, a companion to hot, peppery chili, a crunchy complement to cheese plates and charcuterie boards, to name a few. We were delightfully surprised to find it serves just as well as a traditional biscotti when paired up with coffee or tea - the subtle saltiness serves as a ballast to the sweetness of the corn, creating a flavor akin to a corn muffin.
