"Believe it or not, Trader Joe’s Chocolate Almond Biscotti have been delighting customers in some form or fashion for more than 30 years. And while the white paper packaging and minimalist label might be somewhat unassuming, the Biscotti inside is anything but. Our supplier starts with a classic biscotti base made with all the usual suspects, like flour, eggs, sugar, and baking soda, then adds plenty of almonds. They bake the Biscotti twice, then dip their undersides in semisweet chocolate, ensuring you get plenty of rich Chocolate and nutty Almond flavor in every bite. They’re excellent standalone treats, and they make elegant dipping accompaniments to a cup of coffee or tea. A crushed-up biscotto even makes for a smashing addition to a cup of yogurt or a scoop of ice cream."
