Trader Joe’s Dog Days of Summer Peanut Butter Flavor Decorated Dog Treats fall squarely into this category. They’re Dog Treats made with summer in mind, and available at your neighborhood Trader Joe’s exclusively throughout the summer months.

We’ve previously offered Dog Treats designed for other seasons and occasions – spring, Halloween, and Holiday, to name a few. This is our first foray into summer fun for the pet set, and it’s an assortment that was worth the wait. The wheat flour-based, peanut butter-flavored treats are cut and hand-decorated into an array of summery shapes, including watermelon slices, ice cream cones, trees, and baseball-inspired bones. They’re each about two inches long, making them ideal for big dogs right out of the bag; they’re also easy to break apart, so they can be enjoyed by pooches of all sizes.
