First, there’s the quality of the Nuts involved. We’ve sourced whole, intact Nuts (rather than bits or pieces) from three different countries on three different continents (pecans & almonds from the U.S.A., cashews from Vietnam, and macadamia nuts from Kenya, to be precise) to find only the tastiest, most toothsome Nuts available. Second, they’ve been salted just enough to let their individual natural flavors come together together on the palate, so that it creates something more than the sum of its parts.
