Made with a base of sour cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Asiago, it heats up to a magnificently molten texture after just a few minutes in the microwave (or a smidge longer in your conventional oven), at which point it scoops spectacularly well with tortilla chips, baguette slices, or your favorite fresh veggies.
