Jumbo Pomegranate
"When itβs Pomegranate season, we consider ourselves Pomegranate promoters! So, if youβve yet to discover the joys of the Pomegranate, weβd like to share a few ideas to get you started. Of course, first, youβve got to remove the arils (aka seeds) which hold the bright and juicy fruit. (The internet is loaded with how-to videos for how to cut the Pomegranate and free the arils, so find a method that works for you.) Once youβve freed the seeds, there are so many excellent ways to enjoy them... Try a handful of arils in your Egg Nog Greek Yogurt. Use them to put a pop of color and crunch in your Cornbread Stuffing Mix. Toss some with your Harvest Apple Salad Kit. Spread some on your toast along with Creamy Almond Butter...delicious."
