"Our favorite thing about Trader Joe’s 12 Classic Lemon Bars is their bite. The delicate texture of the soft, creamy lemon layer instantly gives way to the dense, deliciously crumbly shortbread base, giving you all the satisfaction of a sweet custard and a rich, buttery biscuit all at the same time. Of course, we also love that they’re super easy to prepare; simply defrost them at room temperature for about an hour before serving. And we can’t forget that they’re a remarkable value, too. There’s so many things to love about our new, vegetarian, kosher (dairy) Classic Lemon Bars, we really could go on, but that might be time better spent enjoying a Bar with a nice cup of coffee.
