Nutritional Yeast

The process results in golden flakes that provide 3 grams of protein and just 10 milligrams of sodium per 1 tablespoon serving. Vegan, gluten free and Kosher (pareve), it’s ready to be used as a savory condiment or key ingredient in all manner of dishes.
