It all begins with A+ quality apples - after being carefully picked, the apples are washed, macerated, and pressed to expel all that juicy-fruit goodness! Then, most of the water is evaporated, creating a concentrate. When the Organic Apple Juice’s concentrate is ready to be turned into the product you know and love, it’s beefed back up with filtered water and ascorbic acid. We then filter and pasteurize the Organic Apple Juice to bring on its final form: the sippingly smooth sweet fruit juice prepared to be bottled and sold. Finally, we package our apple ambrosia beverage by the half-gallon for you to pick up any day you have an appetite for apple juice!"
