Organic Tuscan Kale

"Lacinato kale, also known as Tuscan or Dinosaur Kale, is a member of the same family as cauliflower, broccoli and collard greens. The Lacinato variety has dark blue-green leaves, with an ridged texture (like dinosaur skin!). Like all kales, Trader Joe’s Tuscan Kale is nutrient-dense, packed with vitamin C, calcium, fiber, antioxidants and beta-carotene.
