Super thin sheets of pasta (for an extra delicate texture) are stuffed with a mix of creamy ricotta and garlicky, aromatic pesto (for an extra-unforgettable flavor profile). They cook quickly and easily on the stovetop, making them a consummately colorful and convenient, culinary way to celebrate the season. After just three to four minutes in boiling water, our Pasta Festiva are plump and ready to serve with your favorite pasta sauce (our Rosatella Pasta Sauce is especially suited for the job), or, if you prefer, they can be simply tossed with a drizzle of EVOO and a sprinkling of Parmesan.
