Quite Possibly The World's Smallest Uncured Salami

"What’s the big idea behind Trader Joe’s Quite Possibly the World’s Smallest Uncured Salami? It’s really rather simple: deliciously savory Uncured Salami, made at a miniscule scale to maximize its snacking potential. It’s made with pork that’s well-marbled with fat and ground to a fine, tender texture. It’s seasoned with a suite of savory spices, and contains no added nitrates or nitrates (aside from those that occur in sea salt and Swiss chard powder). And while the Salami are Quite Small, the flavor they impart is quite big, especially when enjoyed as part of an antipasto platter or charcuterie board. So, why the “Quite Possibly” qualifier? Well, while we’re reasonably confident that these are the Smallest Uncured Salami segments commercially available, we will cede that it’s possible that some hobbyist salami-smiths out there may have made something smaller. All the same, we find that we’ve struck the ideal proportions with these bite-sized Salami, with just the right dimensions for placing on crackers, eating with a slice of cheese, or simply enjoying by the handful for on-the-go snacking. And for those looking to add a little protein to your day, we find packing a few into a school or work lunch makes a great little savory supplement."
