Sliced Korean Rice Cakes
"Trader Joe’s Sliced Korean Rice Cakes are flat, oval-shaped disks. They come plain, with no sauce, so they’re ready to use in a variety of dishes. This traditional mochi shape is particularly popular for stir frying. Simply boil the Cakes from frozen on the stovetop for 4 to 5 minutes, then drain well, and brown them lightly in a pan with a little oil. Now they’re ready to be stir-fried with whatever vegetables, proteins, and sauce you desire!"
