This is an elegant Cheddar made with vegetarian rennet and milk from Jersey cows that have never been given rBST. It’s aged six to eight months, then rubbed with our Organic Ginger Turmeric Herbal Tea and aged several months longer to allow the bright, savory flavors to deepen. The finished product is firm, with an orange-speckled appearance, and orange-citrus aroma. In every bite, you can detect notes of ginger, turmeric, and orange, along with a hint of black pepper. Enjoy some slices with Cauliflower Crisps, or shaved over Carne Asada.
